Track progress toward nutrition, water, fitness and weight loss goals with NutriData app. It helps to find a nutrition coach, meal planner and food diary with you at all times. This app will help students to learn about their habits, see how they eat, make smarter food choices, find motivation and support and conquer their health goals. Questions in the worksheet: How many steps do you walk per day on a weekday/weekend? How many calories did you burn per hour in PE class? How many liters of water did you drink per day? How many calories were in your breakfast/lunch/dinner?
